Delete your TiKi English account and data
To request deletion, email tikienglish.com@gmail.com with the subject “TiKi English account deletion”. Send the request from your registered email address where possible, and state whether you want your whole account deleted or only specified learning data.
We may verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords or payment card details. Support handles these requests manually; sending the email does not automatically delete your account.
What deletion covers
A verified account deletion request covers your account and associated learning records, saved conversations and transcripts, recordings, vocabulary, writing submissions, and uploaded learning materials in our active systems. We may retain records required for legal obligations, billing, disputes, or fraud prevention, and explain any applicable exceptions in our response. Backup deletion is not immediate and follows the provider’s backup lifecycle. Third-party AI and payment providers may retain records under their policies and legal obligations.
Deleting the app or clearing browser storage does not delete your account. Cancelling a paid subscription is separate; contact support if you also need help cancelling it.
